Ready to take your wheel throwing to the next level? ► This course is booked in 6-week blocks. At the end of each block, current students have the opportunity to renew their place before any remaining spaces are offered to those on the waiting list. ► There are currently no spaces available. If you'd like to join the waiting list, please get in touch and we'll contact you as soon as a place becomes available. This six-week course is designed for potters who have completed a beginner's wheel throwing course and want to build on their skills in a supportive studio environment. With a focus on throwing and trimming, you'll develop greater control, improve consistency, and gain the confidence to create more refined forms. Over six weekly sessions you'll work on: • Improving your throwing technique. • Creating more consistent cylinders, bowls and other forms. • Throwing larger and more even pieces. • Learning efficient trimming techniques for well-balanced pots. • Refining shapes, proportions and finishing details. • Troubleshooting common challenges with guidance from your tutor. With plenty of time for practice and individual feedback, this course is ideal for anyone looking to move beyond the basics and become more confident on the potter's wheel. This course is suitable for students who have completed a beginner's wheel throwing course or have equivalent experience. It is not suitable for complete beginners. ✅Course Details • 6 weekly sessions • Small class sizes for personalised tuition • All clay, tools included • Firing of your finished pieces to bisque and glaze ware. Whether your goal is to make stronger, more consistent pots or simply spend more time developing your wheel skills, this course offers the dedicated practice and expert guidance to help you progress. ► Collection: We'll contact you when your pieces are ready. You have 4 weeks from that notification to collect your work. ►Important Details • Minimum Age: 16+ • Running Requirement: The course will run with a minimum of 2 bookings. • Nails: Please keep your nails short for this hands-on workshop. ►Payment & Missed Sessions • Payment Plans: Available for advanced bookings. Please contact us to arrange. • Missed Sessions: Can not be re booked ►Cancellations & Deposits • Individual Bookings: All sessions and courses are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked.
