Take your pottery skills to the next level in this exclusive two-day throwing intensive, designed for those who already have some experience or have completed a taster workshop. Over a focused weekend, you’ll refine your wheel-throwing technique, explore finishing touches, and leave with pieces you can be proud of—all under expert guidance in a relaxed, small-group studio setting. Day 1 – Throwing & Form Development Master the fundamentals of wheel throwing with hands-on guidance, improving your control, consistency, and confidence. You’ll practice cylinders, bowls, and more challenging forms while learning techniques that will elevate every piece you create. Day 2 – Trimming, Handles & Surface Decoration Bring your creations to completion: trim, add handles, and experiment with surface decoration techniques. Learn how small details make a big difference in both function and aesthetics, ensuring your work looks professional and refined. ►Course Highlights • Small group format (maximum 5 participants) for personalised attention • All clay, tools, and materials included • Expert tuition from instructors with decades of experience • Bisque firing of your work included ►Glazing Upgrade: Your pieces will be bisque fired approximately 2 weeks after the course.
